How do I reach out about an order?

- You can reach us via one of the ways listed on the Contact page. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can, and please remember, it's just us two. If it has been longer than 36 hours, feel free to reach out again in case I missed you!

What is your turnaround time?

- Our current TAT is will always be listed on the announcement bar at the top of the page. This is subject to change depending on many factors, such as material accessibility, delayed shipping carriers, order volume, and more. 

Where is local pickup?

- Local pickup is in Georgetown, KY. The exact location will be given upon order completion. You will be notified that your order is ready for pickup, along with detailed instructions, via email. Please do not knock on the door or disturb anyone while picking up your order. Please be respectful and only take what is yours as there are cameras on site. 

What types of shirts do you use?

- Brand, gender, and material makeup will vary from shirt to shirt. Please read each item's description for more detailed information. 

Do you ship?

- We currently ship within the United States, as well as internationally. We mostly use USPS for our shipping services, although this could change depending on speed needed, pricing, weight, and other factors.

Why hasn't my subscription box shipped?

- All subscription boxes will go out AFTER the 15th of each month. The cutoff for orders is the 1st of every month. If you order after the 1st of the month, your order will default to the following month.
